Our Team
AGACNP-BC – Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner – Board Certified Izabela, DNP, AGACNP-BC, CCRN, has been a resident of New Jersey since 2003. While in nursing school, she provided childcare services for seven years, which allowed her to develop her love for caring for others. Her first position as a registered nurse was in Acute Rehabilitation, where she assisted people in recovery from acute illness, including stroke, surgeries, and extended hospitalizations, which prepared them to return home. After two years, she transitioned to working in an Intensive Care Unit, where she learned to care for the sickest patients who needed life-saving treatments. She also learned to support their families who were faced with life-changing diagnoses. During her career, she received three Nursing Excellence Awards, which reflect her passion for caring for others and the high standards she maintains daily in her work. Izabela received her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rutgers University, Newark, specializing in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, where she graduated with Academic Excellence. She is currently transitioning to her new role as a Nurse Practitioner.
